Facilities

Southdown's 2-acre Lasham site houses manufacturing facilities of 10,000 square feet including:

• Aerospace Clean Room
• Trimming and Assembly Shops
• Various Temperature Controlled Ovens
• Autoclaves for Cures up to 200º Centigrade

Our autoclaves can accommodate a wide range of objects and cure cycles; ranging from basic to complex profiles with temperature ranges up to 200ºC and pressure of up to 100PSI. The autoclaves are computerised with full logging, cure recording, traceability and full calibration to UKAS standards.

All operations at Southdown are documented within our quality control system. All stores are bonded with temperature and humidity being constantly logged.
