Southdown has the experience to manufacture composite tooling ranging from low cost glass tooling to designing complex multi-part composite and metal tooling.

Southdown's design and manufacturing processes are designed to ensure that tooling manufacture meets design requirements and tolerances and are fully functional with regard to production.

When manufacturing from a customer's drawing, the quality processes carefully monitor the build standard to ensure the tooling meets the customer's specifications.
